The Designer

Meet Tina.

I’m the designer behind Studio Two Sixteen, where a love of thoughtful design and beautiful paper comes together in wedding stationery created with intention. I’ve always believed the most beautiful work is more than something to admire—it should communicate clearly, feel considered, and belong naturally to the celebration it was created for.

My role is to guide you through the process with care and clarity, helping you make thoughtful choices while creating stationery that feels distinctly suited to your wedding.

Design Perspective

Designed With a Sense of Place.

I believe the most memorable wedding stationery feels inseparable from the celebration it introduces. The architecture, landscape, atmosphere, and character of a setting can all inform the visual story, creating an invitation that feels as though it could belong nowhere else.

That perspective calls for restraint as much as creativity. Every detail should have a reason for being there, with enough space for the design, materials, and setting to speak for themselves. The result is stationery shaped not simply by what is beautiful, but by what feels right for the occasion.

The Heritage Collection

Where the Collection Began.

The beginnings of the Heritage Collection can be traced to a longstanding fascination of mine with Round Hill in Jamaica. I was drawn to the way its old-world character, tropical landscape, and understated elegance seemed to exist so naturally together. Over time, I found myself equally captivated by historic estates throughout the Caribbean where architecture, landscape, and a distinctive sense of place create an atmosphere all their own.

As I reflected on the weddings I had most enjoyed designing for, I began to recognize that same thread. Many belonged to celebrations set within places of history and character, where the setting itself became part of the experience. I wanted to create a cohesive collection of wedding stationery that could feel genuinely at home in that world—not by recreating a particular place, but by capturing the qualities that made those places so compelling.

The Heritage Collection grew from that idea: twelve distinct suites inspired by the enduring romance of historic tropical estates and designed for celebrations where a sense of place matters.

Experience & Expertise

Experience That Informs Every Detail.

My approach to design has been shaped by more than twenty years of professional experience and a formal foundation in graphic design, including a BFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). Over the years, that experience has strengthened not only my eye for typography, composition, and print, but my ability to bring clarity and order to complex information.

That perspective carries into every piece of wedding stationery I create. From establishing hierarchy across an invitation suite to considering how wording, materials, and production work together, my aim is to make each decision feel purposeful and the finished experience beautifully resolved.
